I offer a range of different approaches:-

Reiki,  Metamorphic Technique,  EFT, Space Clearing and De-Cluttering and Mediumship/ Readings.    

Reiki

  Reiki is a life force energy that flows through all living things and can be activated for the purpose of healing. Reiki is a non intrusive, extremely powerful process. The treatment takes place fully clothed. The whole body is treated not just an isolated area.

  Reiki can treat most conditions, including Stress, Migraine, Asthma, ME, Arthritis, Back Pain, Depression, Insomnia, Sciatica, Skin Conditions and Chronic Ailments.

                                     Metamorphic Technique

  I also practise the Metamorphic Technique which is a simple approach to self healing and personal development. This technique draws people who are suffering anguish, fed up, feel trapped in their lives and who want a change in their work, their homes and their relationships.

  The Metamorphic Technique is very soothing and calming, lasting an hour. The practitioner uses a light touch on points known as spinal reflexes, in their feet, hands and head.

The treatment leaves the client feeling calm, relaxed and energized. It can institute profound changes. Channels blocked by genetic or karmic influences are opened, the life force flows more freely and in this way true transformation of unwanted life patterns on a physical and emotional level are facilitated. The changes which are needed can then come into your life.

The Metamorphic Technique benefits a variety of conditions such as :-  ME, Multiple Sclerosis, Colitis, Hyperactivity, Back Problems, Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Downs Syndrome and Autism.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

This therapy can be used on virtually anything which is limiting a person's self expression, whether it is fear and anxiety, lack of confidence, cravings as well as physical problems such as headaches and pain. It is very effective and results are generally quite rapid, even in long standing cases and where other approaches have failed. 

EFT involves tapping on a series of meridian points while focussing on the problem.

EFT can also be done over the telephone.

Space Clearing/De-Cluttering

If you have had problems selling your house or you do not feel comfortable in your own home. Then let me help to make your house a calm, relaxing and welcoming place to be.

 Using my knowledge and skills I will deal with any negative energies and spiritually cleanse your home. I will also assist you to de-clutter and physically clean any rooms thats are letting your property down thereby enabling you to get the sale that you want.

Clients often comment how light the house feels after the works has been completed plus they also feel a sense of calm as if a dark cloud has been lifted.
